  • ≥ 60 days before → full refund minus minimal admin fee
  • 30-59 days → 50% refund
  • <30 days → no refund

Cancellation Fees (Peak Season)

  • ≥ 90 days before → refund minus deposit
  • 60-89 days → 50%
  • <60 days → no refund
  • All cancellations must be in writing/email.

  • “Peak season” dates clearly defined in booking conditions.
  • Special policy for force majeure (weather, government restrictions): option of partial refund or rescheduling.
