Jafferji House Boutique offers three distinct Signature Suites, each individually themed to reflect aspects of Zanzibar's history or culture: the Stanley Suite, the Masai Suite, and the Livingstone Suite. The general size of a signature suite is 20 square meters (215 sq ft) and accommodates up to 2 adults with one double bed. 

The Superior Suites at Jafferji House Boutique are a collection of seven individually and uniquely designed, themed suites. They are significantly more spacious than the Signature Suites, averaging around 37 square meters (398 sq ft), and can accommodate up to 4 people depending on the specific room.

Each Superior Suite offers 5-star luxuries with handcrafted wooden beds, antique furniture, and modern amenities, often featuring views of Stone Town's alleys or the hotel courtyard.

• Unique Decor & Theme: Each suite is dedicated to a specific icon or aspect of Zanzibari history or culture:
• African Queen: A large room with street views dedicated to African women, adorned with a grand ruby bathroom.
• Mercury: Honoring Freddie Mercury, born nearby, this grand suite features an antique Zanzibari door and a unique old baobab tree going through the room.
• Adnan's: Styled with Pakistani contemporary elegance, it has an interesting blue and red color scheme and views of the hotel courtyard.
• Out of Africa: Named after the famous film, this room is adorned with authentic African art, masks, and artifacts, and has views of the hotel gardens from a balcony.
• Princess Salme: Pays homage to the daughter of the Sultan, featuring grand furniture with Arabic calligraphy, royal blue hues, and a Moroccan bathtub.
• Kamasutra: Inspired by desire and love, this suite uses rich purple hues, captivating artwork, and an open-style bathroom with open showers, ideal for couples and honeymooners.
• Jafferji's Sultan Suite: The grandest, dedicated to the family name, offering a separate lounge and bedroom with stunning views of Stone Town and the Indian Ocean, and ultra-luxurious open-air aspect twin showers.
